Navigate to Engage > Sites to register each website where you want to capture leads. Every site gets its own API key, which connects the WordPress plugin or the JavaScript embed on that website to your EmpireVault account.
For each site you can configure the chat widget: the chat title, the greeting message visitors see when they open it, and the floating button's color and position on the page.
You can also configure the built-in contact form for the site: its title, its button text, and whether it includes optional phone and company fields.
Context files let you teach the AI chat agent about your business. Upload them under Engage > Sites so the agent can answer visitor questions accurately during a conversation, instead of relying only on general knowledge.
