Navigate to Engage > Conversations. You will need to select a site first - conversations are grouped by the website they came from, so choose the one you want to review.
Every chat session lists an AI-extracted lead score, the visitor's contact information when the AI was able to find it during the chat, and a suggested next action for your team.
Click View on any conversation to open the full chat transcript between the visitor and your AI widget, so you can see exactly what was asked and answered before you follow up.
