What Engage does

Engage is the EmpireVault tool for capturing leads directly from your own website. It combines an AI chat widget, custom contact forms, and audience lists, so a visitor can reach out and end up as a record in your CRM without you re-typing anything.

How the pieces connect

A visitor either starts a chat with your AI widget or fills out a form on your site. Each chat becomes a conversation; each form entry becomes a submission. Both are scored by AI - lead score, extracted contact info, and a suggested next action - and can be turned into a CRM task or opened as a lead or contact with one click.

Engage lives at engage.empirevault.com. The chat widget and forms themselves are installed on your own website - through the EmpireVault WordPress plugin or a JavaScript embed snippet - not inside EmpireVault itself.
