Navigate to CRM > Leads to view incoming leads. Leads are captured automatically from your website's chat widget, contact forms, and calendar bookings, as well as anything your team enters manually. Each lead detail page shows the contact's data, where it came from, an AI-generated score, and a suggested next action.
Filter leads by status (new, contacted, qualified, unqualified, converted), source (form, chat, booking), or score label (strong, good, weak, spam), or search by contact name, email, or message content. Assign a team member as the lead's owner, and add notes on the detail page to track your follow-up.
From a lead's detail page, click Promote to Client to mark the associated contact as a client and close the lead as converted, or click Convert to Deal to open a new deal pre-filled with the lead's details. Any deals created this way stay linked back to the originating lead. You can also click Create Task from Request to turn a lead's AI-suggested next action straight into a task.
Admins can delete individual leads from the detail page, or select multiple leads on the list and click Delete Selected to clear out spam in bulk.
