Open CRM > Contacts. Users who can edit contacts see a Find a prospect card at the top of the list. Paste a LinkedIn profile URL (for example https://www.linkedin.com/in/…) and click Find contact. While it looks the person up the card says "Looking up…"; when it finishes it shows the result:
Each successful match uses one enrichment credit. Credits belong to the whole organisation and are managed by an admin under Platform > Integrations > Enrichment credits, which shows the balance in credits (with its approximate dollar value) and roughly how much has been spent this month. The Buy credits card has a Buy 1,000 credits button that shows its price and opens Stripe.
After a first purchase, an admin can tick Automatically buy more credits and set when to top up (Recharge when the balance falls below), how many credits each top-up buys (at least $30 worth), and a monthly ceiling (Never spend more than this many cents per month - entered in cents, so 30000 is $300). The page shows whether auto-recharge is on, in progress, stopped because the monthly cap was reached, or failed, with the reason.
Instead of searching, Find a prospect tells you why it cannot: enrichment is not set up yet (no credits have ever been bought), you are out of credits, the monthly spending cap has been reached, or the saved payment method needs attention; or enrichment is temporarily unavailable (no credit is used, so just try again later). Ask an admin to sort it out on the Enrichment credits page.
