Company records

Navigate to CRM > Companies to view every organization your business deals with. A company record holds a name, website, and email, and rolls up the contacts who work there.

Linked contacts

A company's detail page has a Contacts card listing everyone linked to it, with their name, email, and title. Select rows there to manage tags in bulk, just as you would from the main contacts list.

Adding a contact from the company page

Click Add new on a company's Contacts card to create a contact with that company already selected - no need to look it up again on the contact form.

Getting back to the company

Open any contact who belongs to a company and the back-link at the top of the page returns you to that company instead of the general contacts list, so you can move between an organization and its people without losing your place.
