Navigate to CRM > Deals to open the pipeline board. A deal records an opportunity - its contact, company, owner, amount, and current pipeline stage - and can be created directly or by converting a lead.
The board shows every deal as a card grouped by stage; drag a card to a new column to move it forward or back. Prefer a table? Click List at the top of the board to switch views without losing your filters. When a deal reaches a won or lost stage, mark it accordingly and record a reason for a loss so the history stays useful.
Open any deal to see its full activity timeline alongside the linked contact, company, and source lead (if it came from one). Tasks and file attachments live on the same page, so everything relevant to closing the deal is in one place.
Admins can click Stages from the board to open Pipeline Settings, where you can rename a stage, set its win probability, and remove a stage that is not currently in use. Terminal stages - the ones marking a deal won or lost - cannot be deleted.
