Navigate to CRM > Tasks to view every task across your business. Tasks are lightweight - a title, a due date, a priority, and an assignee - and can be attached to a contact, a lead, a support ticket, or a campaign, so follow-up work stays connected to the record it belongs to.
Click Add Task on a contact, lead, ticket, or campaign to create one already linked to that record - it then shows up right there in a Tasks section, alongside the rest of that record's activity. You can also create a task on its own from the task list. Filter the full list by status, priority, assignee, or due date to find what needs attention.
A tasks widget on your dashboard surfaces what is assigned to you without needing to open the full list.
EmpireVault sends a daily reminder for tasks that are due or overdue, so nothing you own quietly slips past its date.
