CRM Reporting

The Reports dashboard

Navigate to CRM > Reports - the Reporting section of the sidebar, visible to admins - for a dashboard across your leads, campaigns, inbox, and contacts. Pick a window with the 7 Days, 30 Days, 90 Days, or All Time buttons, and each section pairs headline counts with charts: leads over time and their score distribution, campaign status and email delivery, inbound versus outbound message volume, and contact growth by type.

Three quote reports hang off the same page. View Quotes Pipeline shows in-flight quote value by status, owner, and engagement type; View Quotes Conversion walks the draft-to-accepted funnel with decision times and decline reasons; and View Approval Bottlenecks shows where quote approvals are stuck and who is slowest to decide.

Campaign attribution

Navigate to CRM > Attribution to see which campaigns actually produce revenue. The report uses last-touch attribution: each won deal credits the most recent campaign email the contact opened or clicked before the deal closed, and wins with no engaged campaign email land in Direct / Unattributed. You get total won revenue split into attributed and direct, then a per-campaign table of deals, revenue, and average deal size - click a campaign, or the direct row, to see the individual deals behind it, each showing the open or click that earned the credit. Totals assume your deals share a single currency.

Customer health

Navigate to CRM > Customer Health for an engagement-weighted score, from 0 to 100, on every company in your CRM. The score blends how recently the company's contacts have emailed you, whether they open or click your campaigns, how many tickets they have open and how old the oldest one is, and whether they have a recently won deal. A score of 70 or more reads Healthy (green), 40 to 69 is Watch (yellow), and below 40 is At risk (red). The page shows the red-yellow-green split, a 30-day trend, and a table that surfaces the lowest-scoring organizations first. Scores refresh nightly, and each company's own page carries a health card with a Recompute now button when you want a fresh read immediately.
