Inviting people

Navigate to Platform > Invitations and click Invite User (the same button also appears on Platform > Users). Enter their email and, optionally, a display name, choose a role, and tick which tools to grant them - each tool shows how many seats are used and warns you if none are left. The invitation email goes out right away; a pending invitation can be resent or cancelled from the Invitations page.

Roles

Every user is admin, member, or read-only - see Users, Seats, and Roles for what each can do. You can't assign a role higher than your own. Admins can also fine-tune an individual member's or read-only user's access to contacts, deals, leads, and quotes beyond what their role grants by default, from that user's page.

Approving new sign-ups

If someone signs up on their own rather than through an invitation, they land in Pending Approval status on the Users page until an admin approves or rejects them.

Suspending and deactivating

Open a user from Platform > Users to manage their account. Suspend blocks sign-in immediately without removing anything, useful while you sort something out, and Reactivate undoes it. Deactivate is the offboarding action - it releases every seat the user holds across every tool. A deactivated user can later be permanently deleted once you're sure you won't need their record back.
