Navigate to Platform > Subscription (visible to admins) to see your current plan, its status, and next steps. Anyone else who opens the page sees a read-only view naming the admin who manages billing.
New organizations start on a 21-day trial with access to every entitled tool. While the trial is active, the Subscription page counts down the days remaining and prompts you to add a payment method before it ends.
If the trial ends before you subscribe, your organization enters a 7-day read-only grace period - existing records stay visible, but nothing new can be created or edited. After the grace period, only admins can still sign in, and only to reactivate the subscription; the rest of the team is locked out until it does.
Once you're subscribed, the Subscription page shows your subscription is in good standing along with your next bill date. If a payment fails, a banner explains the problem and gives you a window to update your card from the billing portal before the account drops to read-only.
Growth, priced per active seat, is the plan offered for self-service sign-up. Some organizations are on a flat-rate Site plan instead - see Managing Seats for its organization-wide seat cap. Where a switch is available to you, a Switch to button on the Subscription page opens a preview showing what the change means for your next invoice before you confirm it; the switch itself takes effect immediately.
Click Open billing portal to manage your payment method and view invoices through Stripe's secure portal. Cancellation is also handled there; your data is preserved for 30 days afterward in case you want to come back.
