Public Booking Pages

Published July 07, 2026

What your customer sees

Each event type has its own public booking page. Your customer opens the link, sees the meeting's duration and description, and picks a date from a calendar where only days with open availability can be selected. Choosing a date loads the times actually open that day, worked out from your schedule together with the event type's buffers and notice periods and any busy time on your connected calendars, so nobody can double-book you.

Confirming a booking

After picking a time, your customer enters their name and email, answers any custom questions you've added, and confirms. The booking is created right away and the slot is locked in - if two people try to grab the same time at once, only the first one goes through.

After confirming

Your customer lands on a confirmation page with the meeting details - date, time, duration, and a video link if the event type is a video call - plus any confirmation message you've written for it. A confirmation email with a calendar invitation goes out to them, and the meeting appears on your own calendar with an invite sent from your side too.

Rescheduling and cancelling

The confirmation page includes Reschedule and Cancel links your customer can use on their own, right up until the event type's cancellation notice window closes - after that, they'll need to reach out to you directly. Rescheduling books a new time and cancels the old one; cancelling frees the slot back up for other bookings.
