Calendar (calendar.empirevault.com) covers two things: bookable event types with public booking pages your customers can use to schedule time with you, and a unified week view that brings together the calendars you connect. Invitations and RSVP tie the two together, since a booking and a meeting invite both end up as events on your calendar.
An event type defines a kind of meeting - its duration, description, and whether it's held by video, phone, or in person - along with the availability schedule it draws from. Each event type gets its own public booking page you can share, so people can pick an open time without a round of back-and-forth email. See Event Types and Schedules and Public Booking Pages.
Connect your calendar accounts and Calendar layers their events into one week grid, alongside anything booked through your event types or created directly in EmpireVault. See The Unified Calendar View.
Incoming meeting invites arrive with Accept, Tentative, and Decline actions, and your reply goes back to whoever sent it. When you organize a meeting yourself, updates and cancellations go out to your attendees automatically. See Invitations and RSVP.
