The Email & Calendar tool opens on Today: a stream of what needs your attention - recent mail, invitations awaiting a reply, upcoming meetings - alongside a seven-day week rail so you can see the shape of your week at a glance. Click anything in the stream to jump to the message or event itself.
Click Inbox to read synced email from every monitored mailbox you have access to. Messages render their formatted HTML safely, the way the sender intended. Filter chips narrow the list - important mail, messages needing an RSVP, invitations, and sent mail - and the Inbox entry in the sidebar shows a badge whenever invitations are waiting on your reply.
Reply to any message, or compose a fresh one, without leaving EmpireVault. Mail always sends through your own connected account, so recipients see it coming from you. Connecting and monitoring mailboxes is covered in The Shared Inbox and Email Accounts.
When mail arrives from someone who isn't in your CRM, the contact card beside the message offers Add to CRM - one click creates a contact from the sender's name and address (or links an existing contact with the same email), so future conversations land against a record.
