Jobs (jobs.empirevault.com) is where you post open roles, take in applications, and track candidates through to a hire. AI helps with two of the slower parts of hiring along the way: drafting a first version of a posting, and giving every submitted resume a quick fit score. Navigate to Jobs > Dashboard to see your open postings and recent applications at a glance.
A job posting moves through its own lifecycle - draft, published, closed, or filled - and while it's published it has a page on your public jobs site that candidates apply from. Every application becomes a record you can review, assign, and move through a status. See Creating Job Postings and Tracking Applications.
When it's turned on, a submitted resume is automatically compared against the posting's description and qualifications and given a score, so you have a quick read on fit before you open a single file. See AI Resume Scoring.
Everyone who applies through Jobs becomes a contact of type applicant, alongside any candidate contacts you add yourself for people you're sourcing outside a specific posting. Searching resumes and CVs by keyword for both of these contact types happens in CRM, not in Jobs - see Managing Contacts.
Admins will find the module's controls under Jobs > Settings: whether applicants receive automatic emails (see Creating Job Postings), how AI scoring behaves (see AI Resume Scoring), and whether the same person may apply to the same job more than once. Note that the multiple-applications toggle is a recorded preference for now - it is not yet enforced, so a repeat application still comes through whichever way it is set.
