Open a job posting and click View All Applications to see everyone who has applied, with their status, AI score, assigned recruiter, and applied date. Filter the list by status or sort by newest or highest score, then click through to an application for the full picture: contact details, cover letter, resume, AI fit summary, and scoring rationale.
Each application carries a status - new, reviewed, shortlisted, interview, offered, rejected, hired, or withdrawn. Change it from the application's page with a single click, and every change is recorded in a status history so you can see who moved an applicant and when.
Assign an application to a recruiter on your team so ownership is clear, and add notes to capture interview feedback or anything else worth remembering. Notes and status history are visible to anyone on your team with access to Jobs.
Candidates attach a resume when they apply - a PDF, DOC, or DOCX file - and it's available to open or download from the application's page alongside their cover letter.
