The dashboard at app.empirevault.com is your home base. Below the day's tasks, pipeline, and tickets, a row of launcher cards lists every tool included in your subscription - click one to open it on its own address.
Once inside a tool, its sidebar organizes navigation into labeled sections rather than one long list - for example, CRM groups Contacts and Companies separately from Deals and Campaigns. This keeps a busy tool's menu easy to scan.
If your account belongs to more than one organization, an Organisation switcher also appears in the sidebar so you can move between them without signing out.
Press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac) anywhere - or click the search box in the top bar - to open the command palette. Type to search across contacts, deals, tickets, documents, and more, and jump straight to a result or a quick action without touching the sidebar.
The bell in every tool's top bar collects your notifications - assignments, mentions, new leads, quote outcomes - in one place, with a dropdown to review and mark them read. See Notifications and the Daily Digest for details and preferences.
At the bottom of every sidebar sit two links: Support opens the support portal, and Knowledge base opens these help articles - both in a new tab, so you never lose your place in the app.
On a phone or narrow screen, the sidebar becomes a slide-out navigation drawer. Tap the menu icon in the top bar to open it, pick a tool or section, and tap outside the drawer (or the icon again) to close it.
